Veterinarian:
Dr. Diaz is the head veterinarian here at Pawtnered Care Mobile Vets with a
veterinary degree from Ross University. She was born and raised in San
Antonio, Texas and has wanted to be a veterinarian since middle school. To
fulfill her veterinary degree requirements, she went to Palo Alto College in
San Antonio and Texas A&M in College Station for her undergrad degree,
then went to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for her
veterinary degree. Along with her interest in Small Animal medicine, she
has quite the soft spot and a love for farm animals, so she did a year-long
internship at Louisiana State University in the Food Animal Department.
While doing relief work, she was able to work for a mobile care clinic and
fell in love with the concept as there is a personal dynamic where you get to
care for the patient in their own home. After that house-call clinic shut
down, she knew she had to open her own mobile clinic as she would see the
need and benefit for this type of veterinary medicine. She desires to create
a trusted relationship with the owner and the patient so that there is a
greater sense of comfort and convenience for the benefit of all.

Veterinary Technician:
With over 11 years of experience as a Fear Free Certified Veterinary Technician, JuliAnn has worked with just about every kind of animal from dogs and cats to exotics, aquatics, and even zoo species. Her career has taken her through emergency, specialty, and general practice settings, where she became known for her calm, confident handling of even the most “spicy” pets.
Driven by a passion to make vet visits less stressful for pets and their people, JuliAnn founded Pawtnered Care Mobile Vets, bringing high-quality veterinary care directly to pets in the comfort of their own homes. When she’s not on the road caring for patients, you can find her spending time with her four beloved Great Danes and her gecko proof that her love for animals comes in all shapes and sizes.

Practice Manager:
With over 33 years of experience in veterinary medicine, I bring a blend of professionalism, compassion, and genuine love for animals to every role I take on. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in general practice, urgent care, and nonprofit rescue, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both the clinical and emotional needs of pets and the families who love them. My passion lies not only in providing quality medical care but also in supporting my community through education, outreach, and accessible pet wellness options.
Beyond my professional journey, I’m a proud cat mom to two spoiled rescue felines and a mother of four incredible kids who inspire me every day. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me exploring the outdoors, thrifting treasures, or turning old finds into new creations through crafting. I believe that life—just like veterinary care—should be filled with heart, curiosity, and a personal touch.
At the end of day, I strive to create meaningful connections, advocate for animal health, and bring warmth and expertise to every pet and pet parent I meet.
